Plano-Coudon served as general contractor for the renovation of 65,000 SF of existing warehouse space into a terminal for cruise ships at the Port of Baltimore. Demolition included store front, metal sliding doors, plumbing fixtures, framing, asphalt and concrete floor and paving and electrical and mechanical systems. New construction included metal framing, metal siding, concrete flooring and foundations, structural steel, overhead doors and pavement. The project also included new power, lighting and UPS, HVAC and fire protection systems.
