Plano-Coudon was the general contractor for this 215,000 SF pre-engineered building that will be used for paper storage. The warehouse is 215’ wide x 1000’ long with 42’ ceiling height and no interior columns. Work included demolition, foundations, structural slab, foundation walls, structural steel framing, metal roofing and overhead doors. Site work included underground utilities, new switch gear, extending rail tracks, new rail loading dock, asphalt paving, and a new entrance.
