JHU needed 39,000 SF of lab space renovated into classrooms. The project involved the installation of a new HVAC system including a custom AHU built onsite in the 4th floor mechanical/penthouse space. Other work entailed new electrical and plumbing systems, lighting and fire alarm system, and new bathrooms. Plano-Coudon received a 2008 Craftsmanship Award in recognition of exceptional craftsmanship for "Custom Sheetmetal Work" for this renovation.
