Plano-Coudon provided pre-construction budgeting, value engineering options and constructability evaluations for this $16.4 million phased project. Located in a tight, urban setting in downtown Baltimore that necessitated construction in and around occupied neighboring buildings and condominiums, Phase I consisted of a 33,800 SF renovation and Phase II was the ground-up construction of a 53,400 SF, 5-story building, including a parking garage.
