University of Maryland, Baltimore - Pine Street Annex Building
Plano-Coudon recognized that the new 21,000 SF Pine Street Annex Building must be designed and constructed to incorporate current and future uses, including informal student meeting space, a bookstore, and easy access to the wireless network the University of Maryland, Baltimore was providing to faculty and students. The firm’s use of preconstruction budgets and constructability evaluations kept this design-build project within its original $4.3M budget.
