Plano-Coudon served as the construction manager at-risk for this fast-track project that included renovation of the existing dish room, dining hall, adjoining offices and the Jewish Community Center, as well as the installation of new stainless kitchen equipment and serving stations within custom millwork. The restoration included M/E/P infrastructure upgrades and a new bio-remediation system.
