Plano-Coudon completed this 6,500 SF renovation of forensics teaching and general sciences labs on the 4th floor of an occupied building. The project included the installation of
new HVAC systems including two new dedicated RTUs, exhaust fans, DDC Controls, and seven lab compressor and vacuum systems. New electrical and plumbing systems were also installed along with wood lab casework and epoxy tops.
