Plano-Coudon provided preconstruction services for this 32,000 SF 2-floor renovation of the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s Human Resources division. The project included a new elevator, stair towers and lobby; new HVAC and electrical systems; state-of-the-art telecommunications system; and all new finishes and millwork throughout.
