Plano-Coudon served as the construction manager for multi-floor renovations at the new dental school for University of Maryland, Baltimore. This project involved partition and storefront modifications required to make the facilities HICFA compliant as well as new service rough-ins and a mechanical equipment room to support state-of-the-art dental chairs. Other improvements included laboratory space complete with casework, epoxy tops, fume hoods and full mechanical gas, air, vacuum, and water services.
